1. The service

ZaplyGames is a free online games portal. We embed and link to HTML5/WebGL games from syndication partners (including GamePix) and may show advertisements to support free access. Features such as accounts, favorites, and play limits may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. Guest play limits

Guests may have limited plays per time window (“battery”). Creating a free account may unlock unlimited play subject to these terms and our fair-use rules. Limits exist to encourage registration and to protect the service — not to create a paid paywall for syndicated games.

4. Advertising

Ads help keep ZaplyGames free. You agree not to interfere with ad delivery (including unauthorized ad blocking that breaks our play requirements when ads are enabled). Third-party ad and game networks have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

5. Games & intellectual property

Games, brands, and related assets belong to their respective owners and licensors. You may play them on this site for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not scrape, mirror, redistribute, reverse engineer, or remove sitelocks/SDK protections from partner games. ZaplyGames branding, design, and original content are owned by us.

6. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
• No attempts to disrupt, hack, or overload the site
• No automated scraping without permission
• No impersonation or unauthorized account access

7. Disclaimers

The site and games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Games may be unavailable, buggy, or removed by partners. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific rankings, or earnings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZaplyGames and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or games.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made.
